If this is not the first time you have purchased a property you will be classed as a home mover, and it might be the case that you are selling your existing property as well as buying a new one. A mortgage is a loan secured against your home or property. Your home or property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage or any other debt secured on it.

For establishing your needs, undertaking research and making a recommendation, we charge a fee of £295.  Our fee becomes payable when we  provide you with our recommendation and the mortgage goes ahead. We will also be paid commission from the lender  for arranging the mortgage on your behalf.
