Part of the mortgage process whether you are buying a property or re-mortgaging will involve conveyancing carried out by a solicitor. If you have not already instructed a solicitor to act on your behalf I can put you in contact with one who will provide you with the appropriate service you require. A mortgage is a loan secured against your home. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage or any other debt secured on it.

Typically we charge a mortgage fee of £295. We may also be paid commission from the mortgage lender
